FAQ:

1. Why can't turn on the device?

Check ACC and BAT+ if has 12V, and if the power cable with canbus, much connect well it, generally ACC from canbus.

2.Why can not show well when reversing?

Check rear view camera if connect well as follow.

3. After install device, don't have sound, how to do?

Some Japanese and Korean cars with JBL system or Amplifier, need a canbus to activate the sound system, others car need connect AMP cable and AUX as follow.

Shipping:

As long as the buyer's information and delivery address are confirmed, we will arrange shipment within 7 working days after the buyer's payment.

Returns and Warranty:

1. All products are brand new.

2. Returns can be repaired within 1 year from the date of purchase.

3. Customers are responsible for paying the return postage and sending the goods back to us. All returns must be confirmed by our after-sales service staff, and we are not responsible for any return packages without prior notice.

*We provide a 1-year original factory warranty (excluding accessories).

Import Taxes:

If the package is returned to us because the buyer refuses to pay the above fees, we will not resend the package until the buyer completes these fees and pays all return and resending fees. The buyer shall not cancel the order or request a refund for the above reasons.

Warranty will be invalid in the following cases:

1. Damage caused by the following reasons: abnormal wear and tear, dirt, misuse, improper installation or operation, negligence, accidents.

2. Any damage caused by improper packaging when the buyer returns the goods to us.

3. Disassembly or repair by unauthorized personnel.
